Wondered if anyone would spot that
I'm trialling a slightly smaller pulley on our dev car spins about 10% faster so boost is up to 0.6Bar up from 0.5Bar not had it on the dyno but scaling power off the increase in measured airfllow it should be about 300 +Bhp |

Some pics on my oil cooler setup.
I special ordered a mocal sandwich plate with a 99C (210F) thermostat to try to prevent overcooling of the oil. Oil stabilised at about 97C (207F) measured at the oil switch point, after a decent hoon and 14C (57F) ambient. So i'd say that's not being overcooled too much. Hopefully track temps in the summer will stay suitably low, otherwise I may need to rethink the air guide. |

Very nice bracket @ajc209! Are you planning to modify the fender liner at all? I'm trying to figure out how modify mine to allow for some flow (ie cut outs, louvers, etc.)

I'll see what track temperatures look like and if I need to drop oil temps a bit more I will look at improving airflow. Cirtainly the hoon I went on today on an NA car would have exceeded 120C (248F), so with the supercharger I was quite suprised it stayed so low. |

It will be fine. It's a small radiator (setrab 611 or 613 iirc?) so it won't obstruct too much. I've gone for a 619 which is a fair bit taller and would really obstruct flow through the radiator. I kinda need it as ive seen insane oil temps in NA form. I like long track sessions :-)

P.s. yes the hoses from the perrin wouldn't be long enough so you'd need new hoses and possibly fittings at each end if you damage or stuggle to get them off.

Yeah, I'm not gonna bother moving the cooler. Though, it would be nice to get some gauges to monitor temps and such. But... I've got other priorities right now.

Ok so like I said I put the new exhaust on with no issue. Started to look at the manifold and noticed small cracks by the welds that hold the pipes together. This has been one thing after another starting to ? the whole thing spending this kind of money we should not have these issues.
