Install that and download a tune. And then load a tune into the OFT.

With the use of romraider, is there any way to disable LTFT using the OFT like you can on ECUTEK? Goal is to constantly have the ecu tuning itself and not story long term fuel trims to no longer cause short term to spike to compensat.

Hey guys I have a huge problem. I have a open flash header on a stage 2 e85 time I came to understand I can pass New York State inspection because only one of my monitors won’t be ready (o2) but when I went to do inspection all of the monitors are not ready (Evap and fuel) I have about 1,000 miles since my battery died. I just reset my battery and drove about 100 miles and all of my monitors aren’t ready. Any ideas what I can do should I go to the base tune?

in for solution. texas also has 1 un-ready monitor that can pass. im curious if going back to stock tune would pop a CEL because of the altered exhaust flow from aftermarket components affecting the rear o2 sensor.

I posted this separately, but I was under the impression that the OFT would have the capacity to explain why my CEL just triggered. Apparently not as it reads "NO ECU ISSUES" or similar.

Am I wrong to assume it reads CEL status, or perhaps the CEL status that was triggered is not related to ECU? I dunno...

This might be repeating information for you but just incase: Some obd2 monitors require multiple warm up and cool down cycles. Clearing codes or detaching the battery resets the tests so you will not want to have the emission test right after reseting even if you drive 100 miles.
Here is a good background article: https://www.obdautodoctor.com/scanto...tors-explained

The CEL has a lean code when flashing back to stock. I’m on e85 uel
I suspect the e85 is fucking up the fuel and evap sensors I may need to finish this tank of e85 put 93 and then flash back to stage 2 93 uel to get those two sensors ready. I’m getting worried I wen through the heat cycle and whatever and it still isn’t working hope flashing back to 93 tune works.

What year is your car? Mods? MT/AT?

Did you already download/backup the stock tune from your car? Do this first.

You have the latest Openflash Manager v1.28.0?
http://www.openflashtablet.com/downl...1_28_0.exe.zip

And you have the v2.076 OTS map set?
http://www.openflashtablet.com/downloads/OTS_v2.076.zip

It is pretty straightforward in Openflash Manager to load the OTS .bin file for your car, onto the tablet. Go to the Upload tab, and select your tune file on the right. Then select load or upload...cannot remember exactly. I think download tab also shows what tune files are on the tablet.

This video might help, although the quality kind of sucks: http://www.openflashtablet.com/downloads/OTS_v2.076.zip

I should have made a good video of this when I had my OFT...

Hey guys,

I have a '17 BRZ MT with the old engine (EU Model) and recently installed a Tomei UEL header. I tried to tune the car using the OFT I purchased brand new but failed because it couldn't generate any files for my car. I know this is because the OFT doesn't recognise my ECU calibration and I should download the tunes, v2.076, on my computer and upload them to the OFT. I tried to do that but couldn't find any available tune files for my ECU calibration which is ZA1JK00G. (The only tunes available are for 700G, A00G, A01G, A02G, D00G ECUs) I thought my calibration code is something that the Openflash guys have never seen before so I emailed them and also Shiv, twice, but didn't get a reply. Is there anything I can do at this moment or do I have to keep bothering Shiv and wait for a response? My OFT and Openflash Manager are up to date. I don't want to drive the car too much without a proper tune and already missed a track day because of that so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Connect the tablet with your pc and open OFM, let it update the tablet.
Go to Upload data, take a look at your calId (1), Click on the folder in (2) and navigate to your tunes folder, open the folder with your calid and select your tune, stage1 for stock vehicle, stage2 for UEL header. Press Start in area (3).
Go to your car and flash it.
