Issues after transmission replacement

Hello everyone, this is my first post on here and I hope I can get some insight on my issues. I have a boosted 2013 FR-S that is currently tuned with ECUTEK. My transmission started to go out and since I'm still under warranty the dealer replaced it for me. After the replacement they called me because the car was in safe mode and did not rev up according to them. At first they thought somehow my tune had something to do with it so I went there and reloaded it. Everything loaded fine but I instantly tripped 6 codes: P0333, P0328, P0123, P0223, P0198 and P0193. When I try to clear them they come back on. It didn't have any CELs before going in, has anyone had this issue before?

Issues after transmission replacement

Man they can always fine something to blame bad work on. My guess is the the harness interconnects on the back of the engine aren’t secure. When dropping the tranny you unplug all the harnesses. You would think they could troubleshoot this on their own though.

With codes immediately coming back for sensors, sound likes they left some wires disconnected or pinched/broke the wires during removal/install. Usually "circuit high" indicates an short to power, or open in the ground circuit. They could look at those sensors data and see if they are responding at all and go from there. If all else fails, you could do a "cap" discharge. You just disconnect both battery terminals and put a jumper wire across them causing hard reset on modules. Hope this helps at all!

Apparently there was a pin that was bent and they fixed it on one of the Harnesses. Now there's only one code (P1235) but it runs really rough and cannot go into higher RPMs.
