It's ok. I've just been looking to do this for my 2017 and wasn't sure if it is possible yet.

So the definition just needs to match the calid and isn't dependent on version of the tune? In theory I have the xmls that came with the oft, but for v2 tunes.

Yes, I doubt that Shiv has changed the base tune type on older tunes.

The oft guys do a lot of calid changes sometimes to correct logging issues, safest way is to use the defs\xml that comes with the tune version ie v1,v2,v3 or the ofh specific tunes.

Well I tried doing the V3 with the V2 def and got a checksum error... and then an error for every table that didn't match. So I uploaded a V2 Stg 2 UEL 91 tune and didn't get a checksum error, nor did I get any other errors. I will post my changes in another relevant thread as it no longer applies to the V3 tunes, so please if someone could review my first attempt?

I didn't ask about the stock car. Do you have a '17 model with the v3 tune?

With UEL and being NA, is it better to run 91 w/out ethanol or 93 w/ ethanol for this tune? E85 is out of question.
