How much damage would be done if i had to drive about 90 miles, w/o a tune,to get a tune done? Should i risk it or install somewhere a little closer to the tuning shop?

You can run a baseline map and stay out of high boost/WOT and be okay. Just make sure to remember to have a lot of room if you're merging onto a freeway

If you never boosted? probably none.

It's not about RPMs; it's about whether you're forcing more air into the engine than it expects at any given time.

Any legit tuner should be able to give you a base map to flash on, so that you can at least limp the car to the shop safely. If not, tow it. Suck it up, because this is a lot cheaper than damaging your engine.

Keep it under 25% throttle (i'm not kidding) the entire way there.

Wanted to keep the explanation simple since you seem fairly new, but Mike is correct. Also, since you mentioned climbing hills, I would follow the below advice.

AAA has been a savior, and if you have a friend, they can do remote calls. I've called in service for my girlfriend when she was 5 hours south of me - as long as whoever calls it in is a member, AAA will normally approve.

Here are some IR images from my engine after a hot session and a couple cool down laps on the track.
Air temps were around 98F that day.

Now you just a phone attachment that blows freezing cold air into the bay to cool the parts off faster.

I am trying to confirm whether or not an oil cooler is included with the kit or not. On their website they list:

SYSTEM FEATURES
Patented Rotrex C30-94 Supercharger
• Traction Drive System for whisper quiet operation
• Rotrex Self-Contained Oiling System
High-Quality Setrab Oil Cooler
• 3 Year Supercharger Warranty

So when I get the TIY kit for $3,995 the oil cooler is part of that $3,995?

The oil cooler is for the Rotrex SC unit, it has a roller drive mechanism that pumps its own special oil through it's own oil cooler. You will need a second one for the car's transmission should you decide you need one.
