It just seems weird there seems to be absolutely no information on the base 2014 FR-S models if they're going to be released in June as well considering that's less than two months away now.
They should atleast be telling us what's on it to get us all hyped up and get our check books ready!
Seriously to all the people who think that suddenly the options list on this car is just going to blow open, maybe nothing is announced because NOTHING is changing on the car for MY2014. Geez it's only been one year, and especially since its a scion in the us, when have they ever changed anything significant in only one year. They're most likely focusing on process improvement changes to ensure efficiency in production and correct some of the part mistakes that occurred

No. Scion wouldn't price the FR-S more than a BRZ Limited Auto. You're safe. These cars are meant to be mid-$20k cars, though originally they aimed to be high-teens to low-20's. Ah well. We still love 'em!

I reached out to two local Scion dealers, and both said that they were told the 2014s and the Series 10 won't start production until July 2014, so delivery a few months after that. What did your dealership tell you about Series 10 and the rest of the 2014s arrival dates? They also had no information on pricing.

I put in my order for one on Monday at Cabe Toyota in Long Beach. They didn't have any pricing info yet either, or allocation confirmation yet, but I'm #1 on the list.

It will be interesting to see how the dealer allcations will work with this. Considering the number of dealers, and the limited run of 2500 cars. I wonder if some bigger dealers will be able to get multiples, and smaller ones might no get any.

I will be re-badging as Toyota, replacing the shift knob, and stripping out the light-up dash logo. After a recent visit to Toyota Motorsports in Torrance to see the new celebrity race cars, I'm sold on the new US TRD wheels they are using. The sizing looks perfect, they felt surprisingly light for 18s, and the black will go nicely with the color.

You do know that there are some changes right?
The standard head unit, for one...
Who knows what else might change?

So $29,000 then? That's how much a BRZ Limited Auto here is in South Florida, $28K+ for a manual

I highly doubt that high. Still missing a lot of features. If I had to guess, I'd say $27k. Right above BRZ Premium, but below BRZ Limited.

I tried to compare it to the BRZ limited here. $27,495 + accessories + destination charges = $28,706

I'm going to stick to my guns and go right in the middle, based on your theory, with $26,500

$25,495 (BRZ Premium) < FR-S 10 Series < $27,495
