I am 6'4" with a 35 leg (wear 36 pants but whatever), I fit quite well, much better than my Corolla for example.

I'm right up there with a lot of these guys, about 6'2" or 6'3" with a 34L and a 36W (though I think it's more 35W since 34 is just barely too tight and 36 is too loose, but they don't make 35 that I've seen) and I fit in it just fine. I was actually surprised because it seems like it has more room up front than my 626 does.

This does not bode well...
6' even with a 33" inseam (good fitting pants are a real PITA to find) and I still have a click left on the seat slider... and honestly I could comfortably drive with it a click forward. Cruising position = 1 click from back.

You'll be fine, I think. As long as you don't have ENORMOUS feet :P

6'2" with 34L and I fit just fine, you'll be okay. Just have the seat all the way down and all the way back and it is plenty roomy. I can fully extend my legs. Getting in and out isn't as great though...

Sorry to bump an old thread.

I'm always reading about how tall people fit in this car, but I had the opposite experience.

I'm 5' 11". Not all that tall. Had the seat adjusted all the way down. And I only had about 1/2" from the top of my head to the roof liner. Changing the inclination of the seat didn't really help.

I took it for a test drive, but I don't think long term I'd be comfortable with so little headroom.

Are there aftermarket seat rails available now? And if so, have people tried them in the FR-S / BRZ? How much extra height do they give you? How much of a task is there in putting different seat rails in? Any problem with warranty if you do this?

Thanks.

I'm not positive on my inseam, but I wear 30" 'long' jeans. Most jeans in my size are 32" long, so I guess my legs are shorter than other people my height. Making my torso a bit taller than other people my height I guess.

I assume aftermarket rails can be installed by your average person? Just hand tools, etc. No problems with warranty if using them? And I assume they don't interfere with any of the cars 'features', like seat belt sensors, air bags, etc?

6'6" 36" inseam. The car fits me like a glove (in a good way)!

6'3", 32x32 pants generally but I wear 34's in some brands. Can't remember my cycling inseam but my current bike is a 61 cm frame and fits me well. I'm pretty evenly distributed leg/torso wise.

I have my seat a good 3 or so clicks from the back and the steering wheel all the way out and up. I do like the seat leaned back a bit more in this car than I would have had it in the Impreza.

The biggest problem I had with cars was that the roof/windshield line was nearly at eye level. The Camaro, TC and XB were the worst of all. The FR-S is one of the best. I think it is because you sit close to the windshield, and it is fairly upright compared to a of other cars.

6'6" and 300lbs. No trouble in the seating position overall, though I suspect that a long road trip might get a little uncomfortable after a while.

Really want to see if I can steal just an inch of extra room from somewhere but I doubt it

6'2" with 34" inseam and have about 1.5" headroom in a semi-comfortable daily driving position (longish torso makes it hard to get a really good seating position.) For track I'm in a much more compromised position and have less than .5" between roof and helmet. I was hoping the seats would be much lower than they are; they need to be about 2" lower to be comfortable mainly because the steering wheel height is too low for my shoulders and very hard to see traffic lights without crouching upper body down to look up.

Custom seats and mounting is the only way to get a proper seating position in a vehicle for me...
