My question is. Does Phastek sell this kit or make any money based off the selling of these kits. I want a REAL review (including the bad points which could potentially hurt sales).

Yes they do. But it's not clear to me if the three cars they're working on include a privately owned one. If so, perhaps we could get an unbiased review from the owner.

That said, owners tend to give biased reviews, so I dunno.

Owners don't want to publicly admit they bought an inferior product (especially when it's expensive). Not saying that applies here, but it's why we don't see unbiased reviews.

My car and Pete's car privately owned. I'm installing the kit myself with help from Phastek. @Chris@Phastek is an active member of the Houston86 community and is graciously helping out making his shop space available and assisting me.

As a person who lives in an apartment complex with no private garage, I cannot express enough gratitude for this kind gesture.

Definitely cool of Chris, and I'm actually a big fan of theirs, owning a couple of their products.

I'm interested in hearing how your install goes - The Vortech kit is still on my list to consider, and I'm hoping to do the install myself if I end up going that route. Would love to hear of any lessons learned as you go through it as I don't have access to a full shop with power tools and lifts and what not.

I just want to finally see an in car + curb side video of this kit tuned and pulling on the street. @F1point4 also has the best DIY write-ups I've ever seen. So glad he is doing one for this kit.

Enjoyed helping today, guys. Sorry I had to get out of there 'early' but I didn't plan on a midnight install on Victor's car.

Decent gains out of Chris' install and Victor should see the same reward on the other end of his install.
