Apparently retailers now place a higher priority on collecting customers' personal info than in-store sales. SMH

Went shopping for Mrs. Ultra.

Me: Do you have this in charcoal?
Dude: We only stock this [ugly] color. Others are available through online purchase.
Me: *shrug* Whatevs. Bye.

I get home, buy the thingamajig, and select in-store pickup. Ten minutes after the store closes I get the notice that it's ready.

Fuck those assholes.
