Can someone advise what tire size to run with Gram Lights 57Xtreme 18x9.5 +40 square setup. Hoping to avoid rubbing with stock suspension (if possible?)

So overall, from what I've read, being dropped on coilovers, and on 255/35/18 tires, I shouldn't have rubbing issues, except maybe the sidemarker tab or part of the rear? (or is this just an issue with 265 width tires?)

I have ST Coilovers, and probably going with 255/35/18 Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2's when the order for the 57xtremes come in.

I had rubbing issues when I had my 255/35 michelins on bc extreme drop coilovers and I wasn't maxxed out either. But I raised it a little bit and there wasn't as much rubbing. But later on i switched to 225/40 so I can go lower

I tried looking everywhere but I can't find the answer...

Would these fit with TRD Springs (1" drop)?

These will be my first aftermarket wheels I'll buy and I've done hours and hours of research about wheels/tire specs.
I really love the way the 57xtremes look.

What size are you looking at? 18x9.5 will not fit with stock struts, you need coilovers.

Thanks, I got my answers on FB.

So, I'll share the info I was told. For 18x9.5 squared, it will fit with trd springs but will rub in the front if you get big tires, 235/40 tire size recommended for the front if you're rocking trd springs. No problems with the rear with up to a 265 tire size.

I have the RS 1.0 so mine came with TRD springs, don't really wanna spend for coilovers.

I'm a really big fan of these rims so I'm glad I didn't HAVE to get coilovers.

I stand corrected. I was told they were required.

Though 235 on 9.5" is way too small for my taste. So coilovers are required for proper fitment. 255+ square fitment is where it is at.

I thought coilovers were required to clear front strut as well?? Only reason I'm looking into coilovers prior to getting these wheels.
