Hey guys, I need your help. I have Yonaka coils on my FRS for 2 summers now. I always had a bang or something wrong on the right back tires.....never knew what that could be.......it is like someone knocking on the fender or tires sometimes......
I have 18 * 9.5 Red Rota wheels all arround. you can see my car here : http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...93#post2384893 When I did my alignment last year, they did ask me for a camber kit......and it looks like I burned my tires..... Should I buy a camber kit ? would it work with Yonaka coils ? if so, where can I buy it ? would it help getting rid of the sound I hear from the back ? what does camber kit do anyways ? Last question, I need to buy the plate that goes on the front side, where do I get one ? Thank you guys |

I didn't read your post throughly yet, but most likely you need LCA as in rear control arms...
Rs-r LCA is the gives you the most adjustable setup. And there are several other hundred other options... Sent from my SM-N915T using Tapatalk

Hello everyone!
New owner here, just picked up a 2013 Subaru BRZ (Pearl White). It has 31'xxxkm and a Perrin cat-back exhaust. I bought it from a dealer as a trade in so I did not meet the previous owner. So far I am loving it! I put about 400 km's on it after picking it up and it is feeling like an amazing car all around. I also own a 1992 Celica GT-Four that is turning into the garage queen while I complete some maintenance on it in the next few months/ years! Hope to see you all out there on the roads -Brad Last edited by Wogrizzle; 02-28-2017 at 02:17 AM. |

Welcome Brad and congrats on your choice of vehicle. Enjoy your new ride. Also, there is an Ottawa facebook page that has more interaction than this forum. Interestingly enough, I too also owned a Celica Gt and I currently have the Perrin Exhaust on my FRS.

Stock wheels had winter tires so 9" summer rims were safely in the garage. VIS racing CF trunk, Cusco strut tower brace, Optima battery, Kartboy battery tie, Perrin antenna, license frame, Modiction shift knob, Weathertech floor mats, and OFT were recovered. The head on crash left me with a slightly stiff neck for a day - the other driver seemed more shaken and was likely very sore the next day. I'm still sore from kicking myself for not grabbing the hood struts, side mirrors, and 4th brake light. Would have been nice to save the OFH but it was not in the cards. Oh well - time to begin again. I actually thought about what new car to get for a while. I was at the Montreal car show a couple days before the crash so really did consider some other cars. There are lots of hypothetical questions about what you might do if you had to start over and I now know for sure that I'd get another BRZ. After some delay, an order has finally been placed for a 2017 BRZ in Dark Grey Metallic for a little change. Looking forward to the facelift and assorted new goodies on essentially the exact same car. |
