Nuts for Front Sway Bar End Links.

I ran into issues when installing my new springs. The sway bar end links were rusted. I'm going to have to cut them. So I ordered some new oem sway bar end links from a dealership. Problem is they didn't come with any nuts. Does anyone know what size I need? Can I pick them up at a local store or will I need to order them online. Thanks

I'm going to leave this post up just in case anyone is as clueless as I was. The part number for these nuts are - 902370063. They need to be ordered seperately. I got them from this schematic http://parts.subaru.com/a/Subaru__/4...10-200-01.html

You could probably find the right size nut at any hardware store just walk into the store with sway bar link in hand and try them out, employees should be helpful, it won't have the flange and I can't remember if it has a locking feature but a touch of mild loctite would guarantee no problems.

Looks like you have the issue solved.

For future reference the size is M12x1.25 it is a flange nut. This typically is not a common size in hardware stores but some may carry it.

I'm gonna resurrect this thread to offer a bit of advice to anyone looking for these flange nuts.

If you need them on a tight timeline (as in you broke one or are planning to install something in the next day or so) call Subaru dealers for the Subaru OE number (902370063). These nuts are a fit for pretty much every Subaru model, so they're usually in stock at most Subaru dealers. Whereas, on the Toyota side they only fit the FR-S and are a lot harder to locate in stock with the Toyota PN (SU003-00053).

I called 4 Toyota dealers in my area and none of them had them in stock. Called two Subaru dealers and found 7 total between both locations.

I pulled threads off (over-torque?) on the rear lower arms bolt for the strut.
I got a grade 8 replacement but a factory 10 would be more comforting.
good to know!

That Toyota Part # is not the correct number. That nut is very tiny, certainly not an M12. It looks like the correct part # is SU003-02868
