What to do.. Advice needed
I need to some advice..
I bought my car with the intention of work taking over the payments with my impending promotion next month. Now they are telling me that they are changing how they do things and are going to get me a company falcadore.. As much as i love free shit, I don't really want this car, but it is either take the promotion, the 10k pay rise and the car, or stay where i am now and keep my car.. I wants the money. haha So i will need to make a choice in the future. Do i keep the BRZ, keep paying the $750 per month repayments, plus $100+ for insurance a month, plus rego + runnings costs to keep the car out the back under covers to use on weekends.. ? Or do i sell it and find some other toy and save a bucket load of cash? What other toy do i get? Motorbike? gokart? bag of coke and some hookers?

well take the car and promotion. have the work car sit at home, or the Mrs drive it (if you have one) or you drive it sometimes for work and sometimes drive the brz. keep the brz as a weekender... ( low km's on it so you can keep it for longer ) |

So you get a 10k payrise and the car?
How is it even an option to stay what you're doing. Take the promotion and the 10k, which will pay your car payment. And you get a free car as well. The car costs them a bit, even if they are on a corporate deal. Ask if they would be open to not getting the falcon, and giving you another 10k instead, it will be cheaper for them. If they're not keen, go 5k if you really dont want the falcon. You'd still be getting 15k more than you are now. |

Step 1: Take the promotion
Step 2: Sell the BRZ Step 3: Buy yourself a track-only EVO or something for cheap Step 4: Be thankful that you are in this predicament |

You want the BRZ but can you afford to pay $12K/year for it ? If yes keep it, if no sell it ! You could do a lot with 12K a year . . .
