Not bad and it says all items ship UPS ground for $2.99. I figured that wouldn't fly for the exhaust, but I put one in the cart and estimated shipping and that's what they charged.

Gonna be hard for brick & mortar stores to keep up with that.

Not trying to doubt you personally; for all the years (since the early 2000s) I've accepted this as truth I'm realizing just now that I've never seen solid proof of this. I also used to work for Toyota. I've bought TRD USA parts and TRD Japan parts for my Celica, MR-S, and MR2 and am aware there's a difference. Also heard TRD USA sources their springs from Eibach but seen no proof. But I've had TRD Japan shocks with "Bilstein" stamped on them. Now that's proof.

Yeah I got you. I know all the truck exhausts are made by Borla, they toyota also said something about the FR-S exhaust being manufactured by Borla before its release. I did check all of the packaging it does not explicitly state that it is made by Borla it does however say made in usa so basing this off that I will make the assumption that it is made by Borla.

Does the install need to be done at a dealership to make this not void warranty?? Does it even matter?

Installed by you/another shop: Part only is covered for 1 year / 20,000km. Doesn't affect any other vehicle warranties in a negative way, unless it was installer error that caused a problem.

Installed by dealer: Parts & labour covered for 1 year / 20,000km. Doesn't affect any other vehicle warranties in a negative way.

I am considering having this exhaust put on my car I ordered (will be here in a few weeks), but it depends on what price they will sell it to me for.

Is there a thread that has official release dates of new parts coming out?
