I'm very much inspired by your front-end. The removal of the front grille, the bash bar, and the splitter - such an amazing look!
Do you have any concerns about debris flying into the oil cooler? I'm thinking about doing the same thing but with an FRS bumper and I need to daily through Canadian winters. |

There's always a risk of debris hitting any of the heat exchangers, even with the factory grille piece in place. You just have to be careful who you're following behind in any situation and should the cooler ever get punctured by something, hopefully my oil pressure gauge will let me know before anything bad happens! I will say that my previously equipped Mocal cooler took many hits from rocks and debris with the stock grille in front of it, and it never had a puncture. The Blitz cooler on it now feels much more durable than that one just from handling it during the install and comparing the two cores in person. |

Out of hibernation. Fresh Millers Nanodrive in the sump, fresh E85 in the tank, installed the Verus front air dam up front along with a turbo guard to clean up the engine bay and reaffirm race car status.
Southrnfresh 9 was a great time. To-do's: Install SPL Short front sway bar endlinks, install new turbo coolant hoses with Vibrant AN fittings, Rotors, Tires, Brake fluid, Track pads, gather spares.... |

Today is 10 years with this pile.
Not much going on as family is my priority at the moment, but I do have a Marsh Composites Covert Hood on order since they became available early March. 8lbs 4oz full carbon with a titanium striker If the lead time holds true, I should be seeing it around November or December, which will be a nice Christmas present |

I'm curious- did the heatwrap help with IATs a lot? I haven't wrapped mine yet but now that my setup is done leaking oil, I may wrap it. I've always loved your build!

The wrap went on the same time as a bunch of other cooling mods, including the bigger, more efficient intercooler soooo

The BRZ is up at Speed Foundry this week for parts installs and fresh consumables. Lucked out with an opportunity to swap the Sard wing with a Verus Engineering UCW with a unique twist- keeping the TRD ducktail that I refused to give up! 😍 This will provide the aero balance the car has needed for a looong time. So grateful for the amazing work so far and excited for what’s to come! 🙏

It was an absolute pleasure being part of that wing installation. Seeing your car in person for the first time after modeling my build after yours was just the icing on the cake.
I look forward to many more interactions with you! And thank you for trusting Speed Foundry with your iconic car. |

Does it feel a lot different to drive around day to day with that big of a wing? General city and freeway driving I mean.

I am looking at Verus's High efficacy wing to pair with already TRD like Duckbill lip.

I know but- to me - it just levels up the look of the car so much over stock+vents! It's the only hood out of the many ever offered for this platform that really wins me over by design.
