It is a ramp. Then you jack up the back with a normal floor jack. The company is Kuik-Lift. About the same price as a cheep post lift but will work better in a small garage.

Ebach springs,
Whiteline adjustable rear upper bushings and front crash bolts to get both sides even,
MPS4s 225/45 tires.
10MM spacers all the way around.

I am putting in Verus top hats to get a little more camber up front.
Also replacing the lower fwd bushings with Whiteline.

That's an easy one, the Sachs sit within the Eibachs, known as a "cosy" relationship...

I have Eibachs with the standard dampers, and they work pretty well.
