The kit comes with everything needed. Should come with ecu relocation bracket (at least mine did) you also need to relocate the brake booster, but it comes with what you need for that as well. Essentially a straight bolt on kit, just need to grind down with a file part of the alternator.

Okay, thanks. So there's no additional harness that is only used for automatic transmissions then, right? My seller mentioned he might not have that harness but I think he meant the bracket and not a harness.

The two biggest things is tune and proper install. Without those don't even bother..

you should not need anything additional, it is the harness relocation bracket, it just shifts the harness back further away from supercharger to give it more space. I got a brand new unopened kit marketed for "manual" by retailer, but it had everything needed for auto as well. Only two differences are step 17 moving the brake booster away, i just basically flipped it around and zip tied it up. and step 24 is just adding that one flat metal ] shaped bracket.

The kit is incredibly easy and simple to install, instructions are very thorough and detailed. Just takes a bit of time, and attention to detail. Its an easy DIY, or a shop shouldn't charge you more then 8 hours.

Agreed, the install isn't hard at all, not if you have worked on cars before anyway.

For a total newbie, I'd say get assistance from someone who is comfortable with cars and know how things work, mostly because the potential costly damage that could be done by an improper install.

A header for example, eh, just do it since the worst that could realistically happen is you have an exhaust leak. But an SC is a bigger beast, EVEN though the install is easy.

Agreed. I should say it’s like a 3.5/5 for a casual weekend DIYer. So idk his specific DIY history, capabilities, tools, space etc. if you’ve done full bolt ons and or a Crawford billet block its like the next level up. If you can barely change a tire, oil, or battery then maybe just pay someone 6-800$ for non IC kit to install it.

I just encourage people who have basic mechanical skill/knowledge to do it themselves not only to Save some money but also get more familiar with your car and the supercharger kit itself for future maintenance/repairs/trouble shooting etc. Plus idk how many shops I even trust to touch my car that are within driving distance.

Alright, guys. I'm pulling the trigger on this kit.

Sprintex 210 non-IC with a 72.5mm pulley (will try and get a 75mm) , FF kit running E85, with a Moto-East Tune. Everything else is stock besides UEL Header.

Everything should be good assuming that the tune and installation is done right, correct? Keep in mind that I will not be tracking or racing this car. Just going to drive it like a Corolla.

Yes, that shouldn't be any problem.

I personally have the non-IC 210, 72.5mm pulley 700cc injectors, full exhaust and a bigger fuel pump, a Moto East/@Xero-Limit tune. I will run purely on E85 though, but my 3rd tune is 50/50 blend of gas and E85, and the 4th is pure gasoline in case I run the tank to empty and can only find gas to fill up with.

But, those injectors and pump aren't a requirement for your use.

Kev0 is picking up my kit for a great deal ($1300) as I move onto a new platform. Happy to see him get it -- Only wish I could convince him to save the $500 in mechanic's fees -- I could help him install it!

Ironically, he is going to be running the exact same setup that I was... With most of my same parts... Maybe he is me?

Does anyone know where I could buy the 75mm and 80mm pulley? Sprintex doesn't seem to sell it on their website.

Also, does anyone know the whp numbers with the 80mm pulley?

Most sites quote the 75mm. You will be fine with the 75mm and no IC. Only way to get them is to call sprintex and get them direct.

Either is good but Moto East is what I have. No issues. Car runs great and even has a perfect idle. Also I no longer get the AC idle hunt/dip issue anymore

I'd say gauges aren't needed for a simple SC build.
