Nah man. Been busying fabbing up some aero parts. Should be getting the transmission cover finalised this week. And got some small parts made to try out for the track for reduced drag.

Track Day..night

Been a while since updates. Quite busy with work lately. Need to get back into car stuff, and make up another custom diffuser..

Went to the local race track last night. Didn't manage to beat my 'short' track PB, but beat my long track PB surprisingly.
Was a decent turnout of the 'twins', 2 supercharged ones.. and a newly modded turbo(running on low boost, plus his first time at the track). The naturally aspirated cars reigned supreme as usual :P

Here are the results.

Short Track

Long Track

Carbing

Got this fitted in last week. Back ends definitely a lot tighter and is slightly easier to kick out into a powerslide, but is quite predictable.

Track times last week night. Layed the chop to a supercharged(210) E85 car on the short track so that was funny. Quite happy I got a lower time than the new M4 though considering it was one of the instructors that was driving in it.

Short Track

Long Track

Ordered some stuff too..
Fluidampr 571101

GReddy Pulley Kit

HKS Fine Tune V Belt

Wow what a car, I've spent a typical rainy British afternoon reading through the entirety of your build thread. Favourite 86 I have stumbled across online!!

Fluidampr, HKS V Tune came in. Semi new track shoes

Fluidampr and HKS belt came in last week. Waiting on the GReddy aluminium pulley kit to come in from Japan. Will install all in one go and get before/after dyno results.

Picked these(TE37SL Black Edition up off one of the local 86 guys. I'm the 3rd owner of these and they have gone to a good home
They are 18.0 x 9inch wide. Wearing Goodyear Eagle F1 Assym tyres. The stickers funnily enough were GREEN, but have since faded back to white. Must be UV rays or something.
Side picture of them fitted

Size comparison between old and new

Lots of inner wear on the fronts(tyre is facing left)

Legit TE37 SL BE's

What's sad is 9/10 times I see an 86/brz over here, its bone stock right down to the Prius tyres, and the few times I've seen a modded one, most of the time it looks awful.

JDM, what hath become of you.

Got some new RIMZZ

Picked up the black editions about 4 weeks ago. Didn't get around to posting it up on the build thread. Picked up the TWS's a few days ago from a friend.
