I took my car to Coelho's in Fremont .. they were great people, but their quality of work was not what I was hoping for (especially considering how many people have recommended the place on this forum)
I don't know what this white crust is. I'll have to wash it off later.  This spec that's sticking out is paint... or something  And I anticipated this spot would be smoother and cleaner, with a sharper bend at the top of the pillar

Went to Pro Image body shop in san bruno (SF area) since I backed into a pillar and fucked up my quarter panel and more. They did really good work and also clear coated my spoiler for free and did some touch up paint on my front bumper (if I paid my deductible in cash).
Khoa and Bo walked me through the entire process. They use top shelf PPG paint and apparently color match to the year / lot your car was made. We talked about blending and even though the damage was the quarter panel, they blended the door, trunk and also polished the other quarter panel as well for me! Car looked super cleaned when I got it (tire dressing even) Also chatted about tracking since Khoa tracks his car. Saw a few 86s in the shop as well getting body work and repairs. Highly recommended |
