daym, congrats and nice collection of cars. Makes me so jealous of the GS and the fr-s. Thanks for the dash picture! Care for one more of the glowing dash?

Its different! In the frs i find driving speed limit is good enough. Maybe cause its low it seems like im driving fast. If that makes sense

It lights up. Turned it off tho

I didnt like the light up badge when i heard about it. it looks pretty cool at night. It only comes on if the engine is off with the door open and when u hit unlock on the key... Not too bad

My Series 10 came in last night and I am going to pick it up in just a little bit. Quite excited! I wonder what number it is...?

@mush: Did they throw in the second shift knob as a courtesy or do you know if it the automatic comes with both? Thanks!

Can you turn it off yourself or only at the dealership?

haha, hey Toyota, I lost, and or forgot where I put my cashiers check for your beloved Series 10 that's been at port since June 4th (maybe it's a sign). I made the check for you around that time. what a fun experience, I feel like dancing around like in that lame commercial, but I have no series 10 to put in my own commercial....

not satisfied.

Edit: found it...I was organized for once and it was in the last place I looked, in my wallet. now, if I can remember where I left my wallet lol...

Wouldn't of this been like GREAT information dealers could have had and given to customers. I wouldn't doubt there was some people who didn't buy the 10 Series because of the light up logos, but if they known there was factory way to unplug/switch em off they would have forked over the money.

Same goes with letting customers know they will get both shift knobs.

But that would be too easy for them, and too organized of a thing to do. Let them mess up monroney labels and not know any information until its in the owners hands.

Good looking car though Look forward to seeing more numbers posted in Registry

The red one was actually one of the salesman's cars. I have a lowered argento parked in the back of the lot.

For those who didn't see here:

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...8&postcount=33

I was finally able to pick my car up this morning, on my way to the office.

I got #45:

The standard shift knob came packed up in the glove box (dealer was unaware of this).

There is a switch that deactivates the light-up dash logo. Not sure yet if it also disables the badges, but they provided wiring diagrams for those, and they can be unplugged.

I got it with the TRD US exhaust and intake installed. Parts for the BeSpoke/Nav module and fog lights won't be in until later this week, but I did get confirmation that the US fog lights get a dash switch rather than the alternate light stalk.

I was able to get the tail out a bit on my first try, making a U-turn leaving the dealership (VSC sport mode, AT in manual mode, 1st gear). Very happy with it so far!
