I just mentioned this thread in the Old Geezers section. So I thought I would bring it back to life.
Apparently at least one guy was unaware of it's existence.

I gave up hope long long ago. After a year and a half, you move on to other things. Best rip that band aid off now rather then later. Shutup and take my money doesn't even work.

So basically international People are left in the dust no matter if your LHD or Rhd? That's dissapointing.. Hopefully some info about this in the near future..

Garage
Just buy a used one and re-wire it for RHD. I just got done installing my 4 Shuriken 600 watt batteries up front, with the 2 Big Cranks in the trunk now to power the car. Check out my pics on the Phantom owners thread.
I've done so much re-wiring recently I can tell from experience it wouldn't take much to convert a LHD unit to a RHD unit. 4 gauge cable should do the trick between the 28 volt batteries and a new 28 volt connector. The other wires are small and would just need a little extending to reach. It would certainly be nice to have a RHD harness, but I wouldn't let that stop me from getting one used from another member and modifying it to fit.

Nobody wants to ship to Australia when there is an abundance of people in the same State as the seller wishing to pay the same money for the used. Less hassle for the seller which is understandable.

As for the rewiring, I explained my electrical competence and wished to pay upfront. Unfortunately no can do apparently. Heck back then the exchange rate was slightly over parity, I would have payed more.

I'm LHD Drive so no problems for me, but like Gtfapolo says they will rather sell to someone in the US than someone in EU or international... It's a huge bummer international People get left in the cold even when they have been on the list way longer.

I've got a 1.5 kit coming in the mail. Is there a way I can keep the sound tube, or do I absolutely have to remove it for room/routing wires?

Need to remove the sound tube due to the fact you need to remove the resonator.
