Wheel Directory: Rota Grid 18x8.5 +44 / 18x9.5 +38

Rota Grids
18x8.5 +44 (Front) / 225/40r18 - 46lbs
18x9.5 +38 (Rear) / 245/35r18 - Weight TBD
(Stock wheel and tire weight is 41lbs, so these are definitely daily drivers and not for performance)

Difference from 245/45 to a 245/35

So does Volk

These look great! I really never liked dark wheels but there's been a slew of GBS 86's that have really changed my mind. Very aggressive look ya got there.

Thanks! I'm glad that I went with a staggered look. I was going to go with gold but I started liking the hyperblack color a lot more.

looks good but why the huge tyre profile? should have gone with a 35 or 40 at the most. that's going to lengthen your final drive and make the car quite sluggish in a straight line.

Thanks! I originally had the tire place set up a quote for 245/40's but when I went in they had 245/45's and didn't have the 40's. It wasn't personal preference but when I get new tires I'm going with a lower profile for the back especially since I'm going to be lowering the car. These wheels were only for daily driving so I'm not worried about losing performance compared to having the 17s.

My mom has 16's that are 5x100 on her car so I'm probably going to trade her for the 16's and use those for track days

45's are safer for the roads down here to be honest, so 40's would probably be ideal

yeah 35s are the best way to go. I'm going to run 245/35 on my 9.5 +38 work emotions when they arrive. If you run the car low you *shouldnt* have to roll the fenders at all with that size tyre.

Way taller than stock though, and throws your speedo accuracy way out. It's 8.4% taller than stock size. 35's are 0.5% taller, 40's are 4.5% taller.

I probably wouldn't even run 40's, nevermind 45's.
