I got rid of my 2007 Civic because it was just plain boring but good on gas. It was purchased for me. In my line of work im often given gifts like this with the expectation of testing it for other members of my team. I'm in a new car every few months. My disappointment in this car is legit, don't let the fanboys be distractive

You do realize that the way you phrased that sounds like you are saying that everyone who is happy with their purchase is in denial and should hate their car. That may not have been your specific intention with that post, but it is certainly what it sounds like. Labeling every enthusiast as a 'fanboy' is just a way to trivialize their opinion, again- this is certainly what it sounds like you are saying. It is possible that some people may not like their car, and just don't want to admit it, but that is unlikely to be representative of the majority. Declaring a car as being 'horrible' and that the people who like the car, despite what you think, as being completely wrong and in denial is one of the most biased statements that I've ever heard.

You mentioned that the car was given to you, and you would probably receive another vehicle at some point. Hopefully the replacement will make you happy in the way that op is happy with is new car.

Anyway, I'm bored with this thread. If you hate the car, replace it as soon as you can, and if you hate the community, then leave- nobody is making you stay.

I'm also wondering where you'd work in Visalia that you'd be given a 25 thousand dollar car for testing purposes. Not even Edelbrock wants to buy their own for R&D.

You're not gunna get an answer because he's trolloling. Ineffectively, I should add. There's zero evidence he owns one, and being given a "25k gift from his manager" is quite suspect.
