Wow. I'm sorry you have to go though this, I really wanted their exhaust. It sounds so good and the reviews on YouTube seemed good too.

Vivid Racing vendor is the worst experience I've personally encountered. Never again! Selling used products as new, then didn't want to respond to my requests for a refund. Then acted like they didn't know the intercooler was used, then finally admitted the part was a test intercooler they had used on their shop car.
The intercooler was full of rust and major gunk like it had been used for a long time. Then they wanted to sell it to me at a discount...That vendor is suspect.

This is crappy, sorry to hear you are having problems. I did buy this exhaust and even though it didn't fit (right hand drive) it is a quality product and I do love the sound. Saying that, it took months and months for the exhaust to arrive and they rarely answered any emails.

At one point I flagged it with the Admins here to try and contact them as I couldn't and I didn't want any one else to get stung. Only when I threatened to contact my bank did I get any correspondence.

Having a great exhaust is just not enough. At the very least you have to be honest and upfront with your customers. Wouldn't buy anything from them again.

I hope you get this fixed up fast.

Cheers.

Just think it depended on if you were the first batch or not seems like guys who got their early had no problems and then there was a huge demand and the product and service suffered right afterwards cause honestly I didn't see this coming I mean SRT had a intake R&D thread and were talking about both a Turbo and a SC kit.

I was really hoping they would finish that intake design. Such a cool and interesting take and looked like it would of made the motor scream too

No surprise.. SRT Mo has been scamming forum members for over a decade. I'm surprised he was even allowed to be a vendor here.

Best of luck.

Read through a bunch of posts on different websites. Seems like the guy has issues with delivering items in the time windows he sets. It also looks like anything that involves him gets priority over getting orders out.

"Mo has been realy busy getting his and others cars ready for a race this weekend. I stopped by Thursday night when he was starting to tune his IS. The race is going on at MIR today so after this weekend it should get better. One of my boys SC is there and he told him straight up, he wouldn't get to it till after this weekend."

When you sell an item clearly you should put that as your priority vs new customers. Seems he gets greedy at times and fills up his schedule too much.

Thanks for that info SubaSteve ,at least i know that they are still in buisness. I ordered a stage 3 turbo kit for my lexus IS300 in Nov 2012, and was expecting a wait, but its now four mounths since I wired them US $6884.00 for the kit. This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait and leaves one wonedering have i been scammed. The emails dried up 4 weeks ago when Mo said delivery in 1.5 to 2 weeks. Well they wont even answer the phone . must have rang 30 times in last week. Its turning into a nightmare as am in New Zealand. I cant wait any longer so looks like I will have to take action. If only they would reply.

Yes it is becoming well known about their poor customer relations. I will send Mo final email and then take action if there is no reply. Not going to wait any longer , good my other half works for a law firm.

Just filed BBB and IC3 fraud complaints. Heading to police station now. Cant believe SRT are still in business. In 35 years of business they take the cake. absolute shockers.
