this our solution
oil cooler in left side tank in the HUGE radiator

front View

Uses STOCK fans

All testing done all temps in "F" not "C"

Latest track data 100 degree ambiant 135 degree track surface temps.

My car Innovate/Sprintex Supercharged NO Intercooler 260 whp on dynojet

222 whp on dynodynamics

7psi 75mm pulley E-85 fuel

Water 198 peak oil 219 peak twenty minute run session with the A/C ON to simulate a FMIC (and it was hot out there lol)

I was driving my car hard enough to set a new lap record on 100 treadwear tires. Track average speed was 98.5 MPH

Customer car same SC Kit with dodgy water/meth injection on 91 octane california JUNK fuel (knocky environmental compromise fuel)

Water 210 peak oil 229 peak

so the data are consistant 20 degree delta between fluids and LOTS of overhead to go higher with the temps and still be safe.

Selling for 985 usd +shipping

Lots-O-room over the top and stays completely within the sheet metal center so IC piping can go out and in either over the top or behind the lights.

Clearance for any IC mounted to the A/C points or front beam

these fit into a stock car NO modifications nessisary.

We are using the stock mounts and the stock hoses. Install is the same as replacing a stock radiator. The only intake that doesnt seem to work is the AIR RAID intake everybody else looks ok with some requiring alternate hose running but all seems to fit.

Works with Full blown kit/ Vortech SC/ AVO/ Innovate SC...

Stock bumper beam stays stock and in stock location.

@robispec What kind of temps are you seeing on the streets during normal driving conditions? How quick does the oil heat up?

Thanks.

thats the best part under non-spirited driving the water still runs in the 190-200 range due to the thermostat in the engine. Water heats up faster (all water cooled cars have radiators right?) and in this case HEATS up the oil...it also provides a much more stable heat sink/source for any transient oil temp spikes. Air temps fluctuate wildly throughout the year with air itself being a poor heat sink (requires fantastic amounts of air to whic away the heat) and this is the major limit to most air to oil solutions.

Are you absolutely sure it fits the AVO kit? I measured the gap between the top condenser bracket bolt and the AVO IC, and it was less than 9 mm of space. Not trying to argue or anything, but I've already tried with two different radiators and no dice, they don't fit...

I have not seen or tried to install Robi's Rad, which you have done both. So I can only guess at what kind of modifications are needed, but you don't think that the flexibility of the AVO IC piping might allow for modification to the IC piping to be unnecessary?

Well, it all depends. It might be possible to just turn the IC at the top part and leave the bottom where it sits, and that way the connecting points to the pipes stay the same. But either way, I'm trying to avoid any modification to the IC. At the end it might just not be possible, but I want to explore all possibilities before modifying the IC brackets, connections points, etc.

I have the Perrin oil cooler.

At the track in 80ºF I saw 249ºF tops.

Daily driving I'm at 185ºF. 190-195ºF when I'm cruising with the hammer down (80mph).

If I remember correctly, I saw you posted somewhere that with your total cooling solution your oil temps stayed around 10-20ºF hotter than the water temps. So does that mean that during normal driving your oil is in the 210-220º range?

Thanks.

driving around the street with my turbo i'm seeing 220-230 with near 100deg ambient temps. being that synthetics are good to 270+, and i dont plan on tracking the car, i may forego the oil cooler for now. maybe later... but it doesn't seem critical for even a boosted street car.

126C max after a spirited drive up a mountain road. 2nd/3rd gear all the way. There are a few bends that are steep and the car stayed at 2nd gear >6000rpm so I guess it's pretty tough for the engine thermal-wise (no oil cooler, stock everything).
