What's the difference between a 600 whp Supra and a 360 whp Supra?

Nothing! They're both 12 second cars!

Heh. That's actually a true story. At our summer meet a guy dyno'd 600 something ran a 12.3, another guy dyno'd 360 something and ran a 12.6 go figure...

PS Where the hell are the MR2 guys? There's a bunch on here...

I wish, that was the same for Subaru... small hp/tq make a hellova difference in the drag. in the track, I have seen stock engine stage 2 suspension STI beat the crap out of stage 3 STI (530hp). Of course driver was hella sucked: Rich bastard teen who doesn't know Subaru (& still doesn't know sh!t) vs mature adult who knows a lot bout racing & Subaru (without joke he know Subaru 20x more than me). Power isn't everything. Driving skill & suspension set-up made a difference a time attack.

Setup helps a lot. At the same meet, a 550ish whp Supra ran 11.7 but he had the common sense to run slicks.

What kind of MR2 joke can I do? Something about while Supra's spin tires, MR2's just plain spin? Maybe a bit weak...

only with a driver who doesn't know what he's doing with a mid-engine car. i've autocrossed an MR2 on slicks on a wet course and didn't spin...

I could see that! What's the point of high HP when you can't put the power to the ground. There was a guy here in San Diego with a 800 hp Supra and that thing was unpractical to drive.

But which one sounds better and retains it's value!
