Oh come on...

http://baltimore.craigslist.org/pts/4073995151.html

Really? Is this guy trying to sell stock intake for $200?
I hope the owner is not a forum member here...

I don't see anything wrong with this. If I needed a stock intake, I'd gladly buy this over a new dealer item charging 2-3x as much. Granted, I think it is overpriced...but there's nothing wrong with the guy trying to get the most out of the sale.

yeah, I saw that ad a week or so ago, shook my head and thought, "does he really think anyone with a twin is going to fall for this?"

Not just any ship, a dealer ship. It is a aftermarket for ur engine horse powers. Only 5,000 miles. Miles don't even count until 6,000.

Well, I just met the guy who posted that ad on CL, nice kid (he's 19, I'm 50, so I guess I can call him a kid!) Anyway, he was just a little misinformed about what he had, he actually got a TRD drop in from the dealership along with TRD catback exhaust, both of which I am now the proud owner of, got a good deal on both. He swapped those out for an Injen intake and J2 exhaust on his FRS, looks and sounds really nice!

Must have been updated, because it now states he'll take a $1 for it. Maybe someone informed him?

Is it sacrilegious to put TRD stuff on a BRZ?? Not that it matters, I'm doing it anyway!
