Those of you running the 8.65 Delicious tune, have you monitored your AFR? I just noticed today that my AFR numbers are higher than the last version. Running WOT, it seems to be around ~12.5. The previous version seemed to be ~11.8.

I plan to datalog this weekend, but was curious to see what others are seeing.

I'll do a data log tonight on the way home and see how mine is.

Mine is also around 12.5 or so but all the logs seem fine. No timing being pulled and advanced multiplier is steady at 1.

I'm just concerned about running 12.5 WOT on an FI engine. I've read for those NA, 12.5 is okay...but being FI, we should be high 11s.

@DeliciousTuning -
What are your thoughts? I track about once a month, and would hate to be running too lean. If my car was strictly run on the street, I may not be so worried. Do I have a valid concern?

When you go to the track do you run regular pump gas or do you use 100 octane fuel, and is the 12.5 AFR reading from your last track day? I ask because the SoCal tracks that I go to offer 100+ race fuel, which I use on a 93 octane map, and I too am curious to hear what the community will have to say.

I live in SoCal as well, and probably go to all the same tracks as you (BW, SOW, CW, WS, AAA, etc...). I usually throw some 100oct in when I track. I also keep a few bottles of torco around, just in case I can't use 100oct.

The 12.5 AFR is just what I noticed driving around town. I haven't done a track day with this latest tune yet. Honestly, it worries me if I'm doing 20min sessions of mostly WOT running 12.5. I'll try to datalog today or tomorrow to see how my IAM, KC, etc... look on this new tune.

@sales@delicioustuning.com / @DeliciousTuning - thoughts on this AFR number?

I know there are quite a few of you looking for the 300whp mark and we have that setup now in place. We can not announce anything as of yet, but we will state it requires our new FlexFuel Kit, 69mm pulley, and full header back exhaust system. Just can not say which one and what power numbers right now.

I think there are several builds with your specs on that whp range... I think the motorist videos should clarify your doubt

Same here, I run torco for the first few track sessions and then I add 100 octane when the car needs refueling. I plan to go to Buttonwillow next month and I haven't checked my AFR measurement yet since updating to the new tune. Mostly because the new tune feels so good on the second map (first map is too soft for my tastes).

I can perform some data logs as well for city and highway driving. What would be most helpful do you think, data log using the EcuTek software or using the Torque app?

I would stick with EcuTek logging for this, so someone can review it if necessary. Do a 3rd gear WOT pull. What AFR does your Torque app show driving around town WOT?

Yes, it is. My p3cars gauge reads it.
