Here were my steps: 1. I sprayed Chemical Guys All Clean+ All Purpose Cleaner(diluted it 10 parts water with 1 part product) all over engine. 2. Used small wheel detail brush (the kind that looks like a paint brush) to agitate dirt all over engine, including the crevices. For the hard to reach places, I actually was able to reach most of them (guess I have small hands). 3. After that, spray bottle of water to rinse off the dirt and product. 4. Wipe dry everything with microfiber towel. 5. Turn on car for a few minutes then off before it gets too hot. (Also to make sure you didn't mess up your car, which I doubt will happen) 6. Dress engine with 303 Aerospace. Wipe with another microfiber towel. 7. Turn on car again to let it get hot. And admire your hard work. |

Only issue that has been occurring with the Helix ones is water leaking in and getting trapped during wet driving. Resolved by applying waterproof silicone sealant around the edges.

Had the day off so I decided to detail the inside and add a few goodies I received over the last week!
I installed the black buttons, which got here crazy fast considering it was coming from Japan (from amayama co. in only 6 days)! As well as the custom heated seat console plaque from @yospeed, thanks for the great product again David! I love it!! |

Second mod on the car, just swapped in a pair of Diode Dynamics license plate bulbs. Always love how big of a difference LED's make as plate lights, looks so much cleaner.

I ordered these directly from a Valenti dealer out of Japan. Here is the packaging label. The lens does not appear to have the Valenti stamp anywhere, although that does not mean much as I have seen Valenti advertised tail lights that are made by HELIX with Valenti stamp on lens. Having said that, these look nice, packaging was excellent and the lights have a nice heavy weight to them giving them a high quality feel. There's also a nice neoprene gasket surrounding the inner lens for added protection. The lights also have three led tubes and three SMD's on back edge of the side marker

Are these the same ones? Buncha pics inside. It seems like they do both white and amber once you connect them properly.

Yeah I had originally looked at these, but they will require some hardwiring and leds are white and amber. Mine are completely plug&play and all white leds
