That's when the other variables come to play... What if there is an issue with my engine? THAT is what I am cautiously optimistic for....

No, AVO doesn't suck by any means it has been proven that it can reach and go past 250hp.

Congrats on your wheel set up it looks really good . I have been following your build for a long time and am very much looking forward to your dyno results. I'm also very much interested in a similar performance setup such as yours and coming from a Toyota Corolla S 1.8 AT (I know lame ) to now my FR-S. I'll be very happy to stay in 295-300hp neighborhood and just do as many weight reduction mods possible.

Send a message via AIM to King Tut
The AVO definitely doesn't suck, but then again, Toni did say that smaller turbos are not right for this motor.

The ride is harshers than stock, make no mistake about it. BUT, its not a lot harsher. The car handles so awesome. I was afraid to damage the great suspension setup the car has stock, and can wholeheartedly say, I have improved it.

After a couple of weeks on them, I have to say again I'm impressed. No brake noise, stopping is ridiculously fast now, they bite awesome cold/hot. Can't say enough good things about them!

Here they are, Traklite Angle 18X9 +40 in Gold. HUGE thanks to @F3dzo who helped nail down ride height and the sound coming from the passenger's side coilover which was driving me crazy!!!

That looks great. I am looking to go to light weight 17"s and a less aggressive fitment as long as I can pack enough rubber. Loving your and @King Tut's choices.

Fake?? What fake?? LOL JK!

For some odd reason I like a little accent there instead of same car color everywhere. :happy0180:

Power numbers will be here SOON.

First of all, newb enthusiast here. Read this whole thread after finding it while searching for pictures of the GBS color. I considered black (love black cars but it wasn't cutting it for me on the BRZ), DGM (started loving it and then one day it hit me: meh!) and WRB (too flashy!). Your subtle exterior mods are totally up my alley and those wheelllllllssssss… *drools*

Anyway, like I said, I have little mechanical experience (I've changed the break pads of my 1997 Accord though… with the help of my father-in-law :p), but I want to gradually get into it. I have a couple of friends that do some track days and that's one thing I want to do, while keeping it a legit, reliable DD.

Anyway, loving this thread and joining everyone in the edge of our seats for Friday's results!

PS: I think I've learned more about mechanical engineering in this thread than in the previous 31 years of my life… :p

Cheers!
