My window moldings were twisted too so they were replaced under warranty last week. The material that the new ones are made of is quite a bit more slick than the originals. What a difference in the wind noise at highway speeds! The time spent in the dealership waiting room was the best time I've invested in the car this month.

I'm starting to notice this on the driver's side with my 2013.

Is it possible to get both sides replaced with the revised part when it only happens on one side?

Here's a video of my issue:

If the molding is starting to dry/squeak and you are out of basic warranty i found that Meguiars natural shine protectant and/or Armor All work really well to treat and condition the molding. I put it on/into the molding pretty generously it fixed the squeak for me. I want to say it got rid of some of the excess wind noise also.

Stuff is really great on the plastic part of the rear bumper/diffuser.

If you are referring to the seal that is actually on the little 1/4 window at the front of the door, that is a separate issue which has its own thread(s). That seal can not be replaced on its own...it is part of the 1/4 window assembly. I have had mine replaced twice now under warranty. It is not removable from the glass.

Had the same exact issue as @dhuang , I brought it to a local dealership and they replaced the entire weatherstrip under warranty.

I applied autogylm trim gel on mines. No friction, no rubbing and squeaking anymore.

That's what he said...

In all seriousness, I've applied the 303 Aerospace Protectant and it works like a charm as well.

My window seal is started having this problem on the passenger side around 8000 miles, which is strange because obviously my driver door is used more often.

I tried lubing the seal with EasyLube+Wax bike chain oil. That made the problem worse. I took off the lube with warm soapy water, and now I'm back to square one. The problem is obviously that the rubber on the seal has been worn and has too much grip. If you run your fingers along the seal, you will feel that it's nice and slick until you reach the problem area, which is very tacky feeling.

My dealer is really cool so I'm confident they will replace the seal for me. Windows are not tinted.

I had the same issue on my passenger window and was replaced under warranty. On the first trip to the dealer they took pictures. Next day they called me and said that they ordered the parts and had it replaced a few days after that.
