In the north east, the problem right now at empty parking spaces is the frozen chunks of ice that have fallen from wheel arches of other cars. Heard the dreadful grinding sound a few weeks back and winced. Left with scratches under the bumper.

Huntington is a very nice road. Rosemead blvd was a nice wide road before too... until that project to make it prettier happened and made the road narrower. >_<

Heads up girl!
I backed mine into a bush last night. Spent the next 5 minutes in the rain brushing pine needles and crap off of it while my wife laughed shaking her head.

<facepalm>

After seeing the bumper bent like that, that is a lot less damage than I'd have expected. That looks relatively fixable with time and a good airbrush. I hate parking blocks. Luckily my over paranoia has kept me far away from curbs, parking blocks, and the many other dangers to the low bumper of my BRZ haha.

That's why I'm glad it wasn't worse. Yeah... I planned on leaving it like this. I wouldn't want to mess it up even more with my crappy painting skills. lol

LOL. I backed into a wall before when I went to school and backed into my BRZ driving my mom's car before.

I do back park... well not all the time. My car is a daily driver and back parking for every space isn't really a good idea especially when I plan to get something really quick or in a crowded lot. lol Also I notice there are parking lots that have a sign that does not allow back parking. >_<
