Annahra's WRB BRZ

So this probably won't be very exciting--this car is my DD (including quarterly long road trips) and I don't want to do anything that will affect my ride quality/warranty. I do like the idea of keeping a list of current mods/wish list for future mods though!

I am on my second BRZ--my first was a silver 2013 AT LTD from Aug '12 that I ended up trading due to catastrophic mechanical failure (story here: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=61452). I went from that to a WRB 2014 AT LTD.

Current:
OpenFlash Tablet Stage 1 Tune
RCE Yellow Springs
Invidia Q300 Exhaust
Perrin Blue Inlet Tube
K&N Air Filter
O.Z. Omnia wheels in 17x7.5 (stock tires)
Full Custom LED Lighting from Diode Dynamics
Grimmspeed Hood Struts
Zeta Arm Rest
Weathertech Mats
Advan Emotion OEM Style Rear Diffuser
JDM Clear Side Markers
JDM Blue Engine Cover
Emdom Custom Seat Belt Shoulder Pads
JPM Coachworks Interior Accents
Center Console Plaque
Beatsonic Shark Fin
Painted and Coated Brake Calipers

Updated pics with diffuser, clear side markers, and chrome fender trim. I feel like the car looks finished now.

I like Sterling Silver but WRB really pops in the sunlight.

I see so many custom suspensions on here I forget how high the stock height is.

So...much...wheel gap .

Thanks! It's definitely eye-catching in WRB. Probably not lowering, but in a year or so after I kill the stock tires and my current winter tires I might do new wheels/tires in a different size. We see too many pot holes around here in the winter for me to risk dropping an already low car that I DD.

Can't decide if I want to do an STI front lip. I feel like it might pull the look of the diffuser and the mud flaps all around the car. I also like the idea of protection from scraping (although I didn't scrape my silver), but am wondering if a poly lip would have enough give that it would even help, or if it would just be more likely to cause an issue since it would be lower and more likely to scrape, and it might transfer the pressure to the actual bumper . Made bonus last month and sold my old laptop so I wanna do stuff! Maybe a camera to take better pictures? Haha.

Installed my shark fin today. I love how the newer style Beatsonic really follows the lines of the oem fin. Also some pictures of other random little changes. Custom nav image is courtesy of someone in the BRZ nav screen how to thread.

Might as well get a poly replica STI lip if it's gonna scrape. I would hate to scrape an expensive authentic STI lip. I doubt it'll damage the front bumper if you scrape hard. I think the most it will do is chafe the paint where the lip meets the bumper, but then again, you probably would not even see it and it'll most likely be minimal.

Nice! Do you notice that you get more attention from the blue?

I haven't noticed really, but it's hard to say because I got the silver in Aug '12 when no one had them so people were super interested. We had big glass windows at work and I would watch people stop just to take pictures.

People who have seen both though have all said they prefer the blue and that it's really eye-catching.

And obv the blue is faster because rally team color!

Did my first hand wash and took it to Scoobapalooza here in STL last weekend! Had a really good time and got to meet Nick from @Diode Dynamics and @Stierzy34. Also ordered an OFT and added a few other random little things to the interior. Taking it Monday to a local detailer to have a few swirls taken out and paint sealant applied, then driving it 1500 miles to SC and back next weekend. More crappy cell phone pics!

Car looks AMAZING after having the finish touched up, and the water shedding from the sealant is so cool. Some of the best money I've spent for sure!

More pictures from right after it was detailed! Photos and work done by Ralph Williams, www.williamsautodetail.com. They treated my car like it was a Bentley, not a cheap new sports car.
