Intermittent fuel issue

Hey guys new here. I have searched and searched to try and find an answer for the issue that I am having. I have talked to multiple shops and my tuner has even reached out to ECUTEK themselves to try and diagnose this problem. At random times I will have no throttle response. I have the gas pedal to the floor and it only chugs along until it comes to a complete stop then dies. I am turbocharged and am running an ECUTEK tune from Bill at Drift Office in Auburn. I have been able to get multiple logs from the ECUTEK program but there has been nothing found in the logs from anyone that I have talked to that would be able to diagnose the problem. Its not like it happens all of the time. The car can run fine for months at a time then the problem starts happening and it won't go away. When fully on throttle when it is happening the car is reading that I am 4.3% throttle. I'm starting to suspect the fuel pump. I have brand new injectors in the car (ECUTEK 750cc). I am curious if someone has had the same issue and I just overlooked the thread. Any help would be very appreciated.

If the logs show that you are at 4.3% throttle when your foot is flat on the floor, wouldn't that indicate a bad throttle pedal assembly or a bad throttle position sensor in the intake?

My tuner swapped out my pedal assembly and it still shows the same thing. The only time it shows my throttle is at 4.3% is when I am having the issue. When the car is running fine the throttle will show what it should, when it's flat on the floor it shows 100%. They have had the car for about 2 weeks now. I am not sure if they have checked the throttle position sensor or not.

I am having an almost identical issue. I have a custom turbo installed along with an ECUTek tune as well. It is a dedicated track car. On Friday 6/10/22 this was a huge problem on the track. It would happen then go away and then twice it died and would not restart. Later in the paddock after a few minutes it would start and seem just fine. Mine is going to the shop next week to see what they can find with it.

This is a long shot, but did either of you end up figuring out the issue? I have a turbo BRZ, and it's been having something similar as described here:

Stumbling/surging, and occasionally the throttle/pedal completely stops responding to any input.
