They look amazing! I never thought I would cut mine open but if it looks like that, then I definitely would.

So you pretty much wrapped the red "brake light" part it in carbon fiber. I'm curious of how you did it? That's exactly how I want mine to turn out.

Yes I wrapped with cf paper the side marker but I cut a rectangule so the light can get thru and paint the side part flat black; the tuff part will be cutting the piece of acrylic (painted with smoke spray) to cover signal light area. I did not paint black the inside around part of the brake light, but after I finish, I realize that there is no need on leaving that chrome, so you can paint it completly flat black just leaving the lip,but if you dont like the lip you can paint all black. Also, If you put the smoke on the signal, you will need a plasma led white bulb for it to be brighter. Later, when I get some time, I'll open it again to paint the inside chrome and just leave the lip... Hope it helps; just let me know if you need any help.

Thank you so much! It'll be great to see some pictures of you finishing up the turn signals when you have time.

Going to be doing this soon and I'll be sure to give you credit. Any tips or advice you would give on doing this? Any warnings of some sort?

It would look better if you paint everything black, just keep the lip chrome and paint the inner part black. I put the red part of the break in a table and keep it level as possible, then put a few drops of oil in the small circles of the leds and clean them when the rest is dry so the light can pass thru it... Use electrical tape to cover the lip, is more easy to give the right form and cover better the chrome from the paint... and be careful while open it, the chrome gets scracthe easily... When sealling at the end, do not push to much the silycone, it could be visible from outside if too much is applied... Anything, just let me know

Awesome. Thanks for the advice. So you wouldn't recommend carbon vinyl wrapping the brake/night light? I thought that looked so good!
