In the mean time meantime, RacerX Fab is working on something for us all.

Please god let there be gains. ACE350 and tune is good but I still want more NA power. Even 10 more hp on top of the ACE350 setup would be worth it

Curious to see dyno results. From the extruded red manifold or the racerx piece.

I feel you on that one. I spent a small fortune going as full blown NA as possible without building engine or ruining DD comforts. Every mod I did I felt like I just need 10 more HP to be happy. But I finally went to the dark side. Should be installing my FI setup over Christmas/New Years.

I would love to see someone do cams, springs, valves, shorter runners on manifold, PNP and a ace 150-250 header on E85 revving up to and making power to 8k rpm. I bet on a generous dyno someone could make 220whp paired with 300lbs weight reduction and some drag reduction aero mods. Would be expensive but could be very fun. Maybe even stroke it. 2.3L with that setup. Could maybe make 240whp. Would be awesome.

Longer duration cams, higher redline and proper porting would probably aid top end power. It would obviously be expensive and would most likely be softer in the low to mid rpm range.

I have also changed the spark plugs and installed a Saikou Michi catch can as well.

In terms of performance improvement I can definitely say there is a noticeable improvement, however is not measured. I will get it on the dyno over the next couple of weeks and report back.
How did the ported manifold line up with the ports? Did you port match it?

Yes a while back. Not sure which stage of cams they were, but the builder said again the IM was a choke point for them.

Yes, Tim (the man who’s dyno you posted) had full header back in addition to the cams, valves, and springs with a custom motec tune. But no cai, throttle body, ace 150-250 header or E85. So 15-20 more whp wouldn’t be out of the question. Also a custom intake manifold shortening the runners to shift optimal air flow higher. (Basically the opposite of BPB) feel like this could get 225whp NA.
