Titan Performance Issues
Buyer beware. I paid for a Perrin Crank Pulley on July 19th as part of the first group buy and never received it. Each week I heard from them the same thing, we just shipped it and I will get it this week. Week after week no pulley. Either they are lying or the USPS has lost multiple shipments. Now they refuse to refund my money. Wonderful vendor!

Mine came via USPS whose tracking isn't near as good as Fedex or UPS. I just got my Tein springs in from him too and got UPS tracking on them when they shipped. The month ban he got probably messed up a lot of communication but i'm sure Chris will take care of it.

Hello everyone,
We do not have a tracking number as it wasn't an option for certain packages for some reason when I went to ship the box. I sent a very long descriptive PM to John about this situation and we are taking care of it for him. USPS lost the package in shipping. We are waiting for a return on the package for insurance or for them to find it. We will have a answer on Monday. I updated John exactly about this and what I would do for him. There is no reason to be posting a thread like this when it is being taken care of. Thank you, Chris |
