The way the place made it, they basically end up mixing the fries with the gravy and curds together, nice and hot. So you end up having gooey melty cheese that never ends.

Don't get me wrong that shit is unhealthy, but holyyy crap is it one of the best foods I've eaten in a long time.
Come to Canada! You ain't had poutine yet.

OH ya I forgot! Vancouver hardly qualifies as Canada though. They are in their own little world. Sort of like California vs the rest of the continental US.
I will expand the statement. You need to come to Quebec to really have poutine.

Ahhh I thought it was Victoria that's considered its own kind of thing compared to the rest of Canada.

Rest assured, the poutine I had so far was from a great hole in the wall kind of place, rather than one of those chain-like fast food poutineries.

Not within 20 feet of a window or door especially if wearing a shirt advertising Colt assault rifles.

Still happy to get a decent breakfast out of it: 6 Sausage links, 2 eggs over easy, hashbrowns and a belgian waffle. There was definitely some more downforce on the RS this morning! lol

Hopefully the new owners keeps the same employees, specially the cook! They are all very nice and I really hope this is more of a "under new management" situation. Considering how crowded it was, you would think it isn't.

Oh sure. NOW you talk about a great breakfast place. Couldn't have brought it up a few weeks ago. Noooooo that would have been too easy.

Hey man, y'all were no where close to Orinda. Besides, coming from north bay, I did you guys a favor and saved you from sitting in the miserably famous "McArthur maze" traffic.

You would be surprised at what I will go through for a really good breakfast place.

Driving through the maze during a workday would have been the quintessential bay area experiance lol
