I think the catback is where it's at for keeping the volume and rasp reasonable with headers.

Stay away from 3" on NA. It's raspy and hard to control a good sound with a UEL. Even if you throw all sorts of resonators at it and use a 3" Perrin resonated catback, you can get rasp from the pipe size. I since switched to a full Invidia system with my catless JDL UEL, JDL overpipe, Invidia catted front pipe, and N1 catback and it's AWESOME. Yes, it's loud, but a deep loud. Absolutely 0 rasp. My favorite setup so far. It's not embarrassingly loud like my Nameless 3" was with the rasp. Sounded like a mexican fartcan done at Jose's shop for $20.
I've considered going with the Nameless DP/OP and helmholtz, but my current setup works well and I like my ceramic coated overpipe. |

Put the stock catback back on. Definitely significantly quieter although the sound is shit now. Sounds really raspy. Debating what phase 3 will be.

Cold Start and 4k rpm revs, 1 rev getting 5k rpm.. Once you fully mod your exhaust, it will be crazy loud. |

That's not bashing on Nameless really, there are just some combinations of exhaust products which are really loud and produce a lot of rasp. Headers are the main culprit/originators of the rasp. Nameless with an otherwise stock exhaust is fine.
I have the catted P&L header and with the Tome front pipe and 2.5" Perrin non-resonated catback and it sounded terrible, with the stock front pipe not as bad.. I am swapping in a resonated Perrin pipe in tomorrow. |

So I have the exact same set up as you do with the exception of my Perrin catback being 2.5. It's very quiet. No drone, no rasp. Huge difference compared to the Agency Power catback I had before that was setting off car alarms and exploding the heads of small dogs and infants.

Get the Perrin 2.5" resonated. I got mine used for about 500 bucks, great deal! Really keeps the UEL headers quiet but loud at WOT.

Nameless makes amazing products, don't get me wrong. A 3" exhaust on N\A just sounds like shit. Some may not care about that and want the pure performance of it. Their header is top notch, and the quality of their welds is incredible.

Unfortunately this is a common and often chased side effect for anything supercharged while trying to maintain a good free flowing exhaust. Really the only thing you can do is add additional muffler/s and resonator/s to the equation but generally speaking there is little you can do when supercharged. On other builds I have done w/ superchargers I have had good luck taming the sound with Magnaflow 24+" round resonators. I have used that particular series for the exact complaint and requested price point, quieter and as cheap as possible without going for complete junk. A lot of people like the Vibrant Ultra Quiet series resonators as well. Good luck with whatever route you consider but these are just some suggestions. All else fails you can go back to a more conservative muffler design similar to stock but you will lose some flow capability as a result of the superior sound deadening.
