Its different for every car manufacturer, is that the specific code for this car?

In some cars its "Loss of Communications with PCM", in others its detecting a fault in the defrost system

I'm surprised the dealership didn't do at least a code check... if they had a specific fault not related to the ESC or anything directly related to it they would need to fix it.

What diagnostic program did you use?

Anything electrical related, the dealership can probably deny the warranty claim due to the use of the alternator to charge extra batteries/third party equipment that puts extra strain on the charging system.... if anything happened (short etc.) and damaged the alternator, its entirely possible for it to send noisy AC power and mess up sensitive electronics. I think they would have a reasonable ground to stand on.... but did they at least check for codes?

Why didn't you have it towed home to spend the 30 min to remove it then

Put car back to stock have dealer figure it out for free. Too late for that though

ECU was reflashed but the car still won't start. I used the Toyota diagnostic program.
It also showed code C1237 also which is a Speed Sensor Rotor Fault. I should have called my own insurance company and had them tow it to my house. Instead I used Subaru Roadside Protection and they would only take it to the dealer. Also with the dual dump system it is a little more complicated to get back to stock.

Yeah maybe if they didn't bother to update anything in the system? Try calling another dealer and give them your Vin and see what they say?

I wish we could all be more helpful... It's gotta be something electrical though.

Big Problem

Jpit did you have a car wash on the car recently?

Also is the diagnostic tool giving you these code names? Only reason I ask is for the scion tc the c1237 deals with voltage.
