seriously it is amazing how many people think the twins struggle with passing, getting up to highway speed, etc....guess most people on this forum did not drive a "normal" ecobox with a 0-60 of over 9 secs!
Right now my car is quicker than probably most cars on the road (e85, header) but wanting more has always been a problem for me.

Too slow! More power!!

The 86 was the most misunderstood and mismarketed car of all time.

Even most 86 owners don't get it.
Fools blab on about turbo and mods from day one.

The BRZ was never meant for the fools who think it needs anything.
They need a Mustang GT
or any of the other DOZENS of cars out there with massive engines.

Sadly, most car guys are fools.
They mod the crap out of it trying to make it something it's not supposed to be

There is simply no other car like it in the market today.
I plan on driving mine forever.
I'm glad I got mine and hope parts don't disappear.

Clueless ricer car idiots don't deserve the 86.
Cancel it, and let them eat Mustangs.

Colin Chapman is rolling over in his grave
In order to make it successful in terms of sales they'll have to give it more torque. So maybe cancelling it is a possibility. Mine is paid for and isn't going anywhere as far as I'm concerned.

Because Colin Chapman never modified a car?

Car modifications are fun

Modify to suit "your" purpose

Everything OEM is a comprise

If you can afford to play then play

If you don't want to play, don't play

Don't tell me what I like

You are not always right

Others don't care for your opinions

Opinions are like arseholes, everyone has got one

Car manufacturers care not about the 1% of buyers who:

Complain about torque dip
Want more power
Want it lighter
Want more power
Want a hatch
Want more power etc etc

This is why the aftermarket exists thank Jebus.

If you don't like it, luckily, we don't care you think.

I'm happy the 86 is exactly what is from the factory, I like looking at my car from every angle.

I am also happy I, swapped out the suspension, put on a turbo, the car was good OEM, the car is now amazeballs.

Can't we all just get along and agree that the only thing that needs fixed is the brake pads need to be easier to inspect with the wheels on

They can't complain about torque dip if there isn't any torque to begin with.

LOL, go look at any car in the parking lot.
Brake pads are openly exposed.

What part of you doesn't understand the following ?
There is even a picture for you

1) Go to the first car you see in any parking lot.
2) Look inside the wheels
3) This is what you will see.

Shocking that this is news to some people.
Is the BRZ your first car ?

One thing that hasn't been tolerated here for the 7+ years I have been on this board is bullies.
You are not welcome here (at least by me)!
Go get yourself some social skills (yeah, even on the web).
