Great pics! I'll be buying the Scion version, but since they are virtually the same car, these pics give good insight, even with that damn camoflauge lol. Thanks!

Every time I see this car I get a little more depressed. It looks like they changed the already shitty spoiler into a lip spoiler with wings. And the front bumper has a smaller opening. Only thing they fixed was the fog lights.

Also looks like we're getting the Aston Martin strake that the mk2 has.

OMG they ruined the styling. FR-S all the way...

ok so the changes from the FR-S mule:

-obviously the grille is different. it looks to have a version of the subaru corp grille.
-obviously the fog light housing is different.
-LED DRL's relocated above the fogs
-turn signals relocated to headlight housing
-it may be foam, or the lighting, but no sign of the hood lines? though curiously the roof lines remain.
-side vent now clearly shows the bmw M style bar
-production rear side windows? or just taped up/blacked out? looks weird to me. hopefully the window isnt that small otherwise that topic about blind spots just got real...

things of note:

-the exhaust tips may be production spec and not test anymore
-the rear 3rd brake light. thought to have been a temp, now looks also to be LED and production spec
-the position of the 3rd brake light makes this car a coupe, NO hatch. sorry.

That front bumper is so ugly. I prefer FRS front.

Edit: How could they open the trunk? Just look at the taillight.

yeah....this is very disappointing...I mean...its good they though to fix the turn signal location...but those led's...really...fucking really.

The spoiler (to me) looks the same as it always has on the mules...its just wrapped over so it looks like a lip. front bumper just got completely fucked...ill take the turn signals above the fogs to have the old bumper back...hopefully the scion will be the OLD bumper

Let's not forget that camo does hide alot in terms of body lines but to me this is just a less aggresive version of the concepts, which is what happens when you go from concept to production model. I would like to see a more aggresive front end, more flared fenders, but it's not too bad

No doubt this is the Subaru version. I don't really mind the toned-down looks, but then again, I'm probably at the top of the range in terms of age group for this car (25). I'll be interested to see how the Scion and Subaru differ in terms of interior treatment as well.
