Mine has heated mirrors from the factory. used them yesterday morning to knock the frost off the mirrors. They work great.
I don't think you read my post I was saying all the things the FR-S doesn't even have an option for, you have a BR-Z.....

Happens in my area too, I've gotten so many middle fingers from bicyclists in the middle of the road and I give them a massive amount of leeway and slowdown till the oncoming traffic lane is clear for me to pass them. The more seasoned bicycle riders don't care and are used to cars passing them

Brain fart, the U.S. ones don't have it, it's standard on the GT86 and BRZ in the UK:

Anyhoo, went to O'riley's to find some Ozium spray for the car. As I got out, there was this "hipster" looking dude filling up his car with oil. He walked up to me and simply said with a wide smile: "Love the color man. That's the Scion, right?"

At least he knew what he was looking at. I can see why people rebadge the car to toyota badges now though. It hurt my feelings when that old guy made fun of my rocketship

Some street youths couldn't get enough of my car as I was pulling into Subway this evening. I heard a few say, "dayum"

I feel sorry for your tummy.

jk

For some reason, my body seemingly rejects anything that comes from Subway. I do miss their sandwiches.

Was putting away groceries in the trunk when a dude came up and yelled "nice car dude! That the BRZ??"

Scared the shit outta me. Gave him the usual brief rundown about the Twins, what the minor differences are, etc.

He told me he missed having a fun car, had to get rid of his old C6 z06. Then wanted to sell me on his auto detail business. Kindly rejected his offer.

I bought a BRZ on Wednesday. I was driving it home from the dealer in Greensboro. I was still familiarizing myself with the car so I was taking it easy in the right lane of the highway.

A guy in an older WRX (the generation right after the bugeye) was going by in one of the other lanes. He slowed down, waited for other traffic to go by him, then came over into the lane next to me and gave a nice wave. I waved back.

Also had a couple of guys at a stoplight ask about the car today.

Yep. Get used to it. In places where they are still relatively rare you will get a pile of attention.

Had a guy almost get rear ended today (it was inches away) when he slowed down in the middle of an intersection to stare at me at a light.

Aside from waves from fellow twin owners, I've had one guy come up to me while I was pumping gas and ask me about my ride. I told him I love the car but had no illusions about its power.

Once I was with a friend at Ralph's waiting for another friend to get off work. We were just standing next to the door inside the store. Then some older gentlemen just paid & was walking out with his wife when he stopped in front of me to ask me a bunch of random things about my car like what car was it what mods do I have on it etc. (I guess he saw my friend & I get out of it right after we parked). Then he was saying things like "wow they're still making some great looking cars these days." I just love running into others who admire the car as much as I do

I was sitting in a McDonald's drive thru the other day and I see these 2 kids walking through the parking lot towards the store. See them walk by me in my rear view, catch me in my side mirror as he's walking by he's like "nice care dude". Kid had to have been like 12 or 13.
