Winjet Projector Problem

So I have recently ordered some winjet headlight..

I have this weird beam pattern that I can't figure out what's causing it.

I have tried removing the bulb, and putting it back in. Didn't work.

This is the passenger side.

As you can see there is a laser beam like light.

It looks like a bulb seating issue, perhaps a crooked bulb.

Did the Winjet headlights come with their own bulbs? Or did you have to reuse your factory headlight bulbs? If you had to reuse your factory headlight bulbs, they might not be the correct bulb type for the Winjet headlights.

However, since you only have the issue with one headlight, one thing you can try is switch bulbs with the other side, and if the problem persists, I'd say it's a defective projector/headlight.

I'm using the bulb that came with the winjet headlight. At first I had HID Installed on it but the HID bulb did not work so I took it out and reordered HID kit.

Then I put back in the H7 halogen bulb that came with it..

I have no idea what is causing that to happen

Definitely try swapping the passenger bulb to driver side and vice versa. Compare the two bulbs when they are out to make sure they are identical. If you have the same problem still, I'd say it's a defective projector.

Gonna do that first thing tomorrow morning. They are identical H7 bulb. Question is .. If the bulb is faulty, it is still the projector projecting the light ..
This is confusing

Maybe the lens on the projector is crooked?

Looks alot like an upside down bulb issue, the little tab on the top of the bulb sits in the direction of the H7 hinge. Also it should be all the way in it's very easy for a wire to get caught between the prongs and bulb or vice versa and effect the seating of the bulb.

Gonna put in a HID bulb tomorrow or swap another H7 bulb tomorrow.. If that doesn't work.. I don't know what to do
If the lens s crooked wouldn't it just aim somewhere else?

I don't think the bulb is upside down.. I tried reversing it , but it wouldn't lock in.

What? No, if you swap the bulbs and the problem moves to the other side then you know its the bulbs otherwise it's the projector simple.

Also shameless plug the diode dynamics or morimoto HID kits fit perfect at 5000k or 5500k in these headlights they may be expensive but are totally worth it.

It's easier to do correctly on a table with the headlights off the car
