No, highly doubt that. Sony wanted to bring that IRC to everyone... so UNLESS Sony tells me otherwise, Guff don't got nothing on me! LMAO

I SHALL FIND SOMETHING CHEAP, OLD, AND FUN! (no, reliability doesn't matter as much, since i can do the work myself)

just wish that the prices were reversed, the beetle would be great, since it's so small/light, just doesn't have much space for pizzas

Look for Miatas. They are just as awesome as FRS and BRZs and can be had for dirt cheap. I just found on on some forum for 2k and it was fully prepped for AutoX.

I am looking for pretty much the same thing and I have been looking at Miatas, Imprezas, Legacys, Civics and other cheap fun cars.

I found a salvage title SVX with a 5-speed swap that was in decently shit condition. It was for 2k, which is probably too much, but it has so much character... I might be driving that through winter..

i would, but miata trunks aren't big enough for when i have to take lots of pizzas. also: only started selling miatas here in the states in '90, so it'd have to be inspected

Then go w EG6, it has big back space and cheap to fix. B13 (Sentra) is pretty good too... or if you wanna go a bit classy A2 (Golf MkII) isn't bad either.

If you don't want FF, how about 240sx or FC?

It is cheap... it's not older than 25 yrs old. If you're looking at 25yrs or older, then go w Rx-3 or even first gen Rx-7. 2nd gen or even 3rd gen civics are dirt cheap, CRX are cheap also. There's Subaru Brat if you wanna go w Subie side. Another good one is 300Z, sometimes you can find em for $500~$1k

Like a Loyale?

What about the old Subaru coupe (RX? I can't remember the name) of the same era?

Loyales are apparently tanks, and super cheap around here. Wouldn't count too much on 'fun', though.

i'm not too worried bout fun. if it's too much fun, i won't wanna drive the 86 as much, and i can't have that.

also: gf pissed me off today. she was off work, and i actually got a day off work. i figured she'd want to come over and spend time with me. no....she'd rather work on her cosplay stuff. >.<
