Lets talk Sardines

In the interest of improving my good Cholesterol...I've taken to occasionally adding Sardines to my diet...Currently I pick up Wild Planet Wild Sardines at Costco and while these seem to be highly rated...what other variety's do you enjoy?

I assume that you are eating them for Omega-3's.

I'm a vegetarian, but the ALA form of omega 3 that's vegetarian does not absorb into the body efficiently. So, I go off my diet in this specific case and take these. The body needs EPA and DHA omega-3's too!

The fish taste is 99.5% gone too!

That would depend on what kind of fish I was fishing for.

Never met a sardine I didn't like. I love them on saltine crackers with a splash of hot sauce. Simple and delicious.

Yeah...once I tried a no-name brand once from Aldis (budget store brand only type grocery) and didn't finish the tin...

I notice the price varies wildly...on some of the more upscale brands that is...
