Can someone help me find the files for the v3 or v4 OTS tune? I need something compatible with my MY17... and OFT is not replying to my emails.

Same as previous poster. I have been trying to get a hold of OFT for a week now and no response on email or facebook messenger. Also if you goto Amazon or ft86 speed factory, they show the tablet as unavailable to buy. Sooo, does anyone know if they are still in business?? I wanted to buy the header overpipe tablet combo. Glad I didn't send any money yet. I have the 17 model and want to make sure the tablet works with the 17. You call their phone and says please email also.

Note these tables will get you in the ballpark, but may require adjustments and you may need to adjust fueling and ignition timing as well to extract full benefit

Their is a second set of Nameless PLM header tables with modified midrange by @KoolBRZ called VII NH 1.4 EL see the tune tweaks thread first post for those.

.
First time adjusting tables, and wanted to clarify before flashing. Where it is stated that "Normal and Safe" tables are the same, I am suppose to adjust both the normal and safe on both intake and exhaust tables, correct? Also, do I need to adjust any other tables other than intake and exhaust AVCS, at least initially? This is for a Nameless header.

If its just header change then just adjust fhe cam timing initially.

Correct normal and safe tables are same in oft tunes but different for intake\exhaust so you need to change 4 tables.

Later you may adjust fueling and timing if needed

AVCS normal and safe maps are not equal in the stock rom.
If the IAM gets reduced due to knock, the 'normal' maps are used.
I can't remember the transition threshold, it's 0.4 or something like that.

Most people (myself included) just put the same maps in both of them.

There are 4 load limits that may need to be altered:

MAF maximum (in g/s)
Engine load Max (in g/rev)
Engine load limiter A and B (g/rev per RPM)
@Wayno has done some work on the E85 Automatic Transmission tunes which appear to push the "engine Load limite A & B beyond 1.3 causing issues see posts below load limits increased to 1.4

Where are the load limit tables located in V4.03? I cannot find them for the life of me. My car keeps running rich between 3600-4000rpm, apparently the load limiters could be to blame

the tables will be in rom its may be just your definition does not reference them

try the def I posted up in first post if your 2012-2016 car

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=126180

also load limiters just limit the load calculation to the load limit for that rpm range

if its running richer than commanded afr in that range in open loop then fix the maf scaling

Thanks, that worked!

I don't think my MAF scale is to blame, I've got low STFT and LTFT across the board, but at high load between 3600-4000rpm it goes rich to 11.3. I've read some people were able to fix this using Wayno's load limit tables.

in open loop it doesnt really matter the ltft you get because that depends more on the closed loop indirectly, you need to look at afr actual vs afr target. if you get 11.3 and afr target is much leaner you need to fix maf scaling around that maf voltage to get afr actual following the target

use the vgi maf scaling tool provided by kodename47 to fix it easily

the engine load limits usually (also wayne's ) stop acting after 3200, means that after 3200 load is already maxed out, so you shouldn t counting on that to lean the afr

Thanks!

Should I scale for OL or CL first? Been reading conflicting info on that.

OFT Tune Usefull Information and Tweaks

Thanks for the help guys. I re-cecked my logs and looks like I am not hitting a condition where the load limits would kick in anyway, so rescaling the MAF it is.
