My question is that - is this new tighter suspension unique only for the FRS? Browsing the threads the consensus is that the BRZ already has a slightly stiffer front end, and they haven't officially released any MY2015 BRZ info. This could just be a change to the FRS (to be like the BRZ) while leaving the BRZ the same, simplifying the work at the factory. OR is this something new that is applied to BOTH cars?

I' thought the later 2014 FRSs have the upgraded bolts like the BRZ. I could be wrong though.

So is the new white halo pearl a 2-stage or 3-stage paint?

What does 'upgraded bolts' mean? Our 2014 FRS was manufactured in September 2013. I'd like to know if it's the same as the 2013 FRS or the same as BRZ, but I'm not certain what the exact part differences are to begin with. I always thought it was only the rear spring rate that was different, but honestly haven't researched it enough.

My FR-S was built April 2014. I'll check for the upgraded bolts tonight.

SU003-05273 (ZN6 BASE., HI., STD.)

Transmitter Assembly Production from 03/2014

SU003-05282 (ZN6 STD.)

Could not get prices, as the part numbers are not loaded in yet.
I just happened to check today (5/31/14) and got some list prices. The warehouses (nationwide) do not have any these in stock yet. Production dates are all correct, starting 03/2014.

Shark fin antenna $341.37

SU003-05316 (radio bezel. ZN6, STD) $108.95
SU003-05319 (RH side dashboard panel. ZN6, STD) $136.02

*There is also a 05318 and 05321 part number (ZN6, HI). I am guessing those are for the BRZ, if they're different at all - they still show as invalid part numbers. Or could be for a special trim - Series 1.0 FR-S maybe? Dunno.

SU003-05273 (exhaust baffle) $107.28 each

SU003-05282 (transmitter) $304.25

I looked into the transmitter remotes, but in the catalog, they look the same. Could still be different, don't have any to look at.

Is this confirmed? And what month did BRZs start having these bolts, if at all?

I have to look at the steering rack when I have the chance...

I just called a Subaru dealer and I got part # 901120147 for the steering rack bolts. Not quite sure how Subaru's part system works - seems like the ST20109AS010 number is different.

So it's cheaper for me the buy exhaust tips straight from Japan and have them shipped compared to me walking into my local Toyota dealer and ordering a pair? Lame.

Since when has buying parts from your local dealer ever been cheaper than shopping round or importing? Dealers have overhead costs and also want to make some money too!

You could also look at it from another angle. If its bought and fitted by the dealer then your warranty will remain intact. Some are happy to pay extra just for that peace of mind.

Sorry, didn't check. But googling shows they're anywhere from $5.xx to $6.xx each. Gonna need the nuts and maybe the spacers too?
