Humm the website pricing seems fishy, at the Auto Show the BRZ Sport Tech was listed for $31,600 iirc.
Since always here.

Nope he is Canadian. That is the Canadian price. The exchange rate is meaningless for this.

Pretty sure it wasn't like that when I bought my BRZ at MSRP in late 2013 cuz I checked out the FRS first. The FRS was a lot cheaper than that if spec without any options but then again who does that. We also had a better exchange rate back then tho.

No more dip in the mid-range torque curve!?

Yeah, I saw that. They could have just gotten that from the revised header though. I guess we won't know until it's released.

In 2016 when the BRZ lost standard satnav its MSRP was roughly $300 below the FRS MSRP.

I love the new headlights!, also those brembo brakes will make such a big difference when driving the car hard!! , my current stock brakes and pads get brake fade when driving through back roads.

Also im hoping the new tachometer fits the the previous brzs

Could be just a press shot. Also hoping for a real summer tire upgrade on the new car. That would shut up the auto press instantaneously when they "test" the revised 86 vs any factory modded top end Miata.

You need better pads and fluid. Talk to CSG Mike; he'll get you sorted out.

Triple crossing my fingers too. If that 4 wheel factory BBK performs and is as cheap as the Cadillac/Camaro Brembo components, this could be the upgrade for early adopters like us.

None of the prices are etched in stone and there could have been massive regional differences based on what was selling better where. In my area the base BRZ and the FRS were selling for exactly the same amount ($29K) when I bought mine in late 14.
The exchange rate is meaningless unless you bought it with US dollars. Even if it was applicable it still would not matter since both would be impacted the same so it wouldn't drive one price up and the other down.
