Sounds like a nice day. I hate getting stuck behind slow traffic that won't pull over to let you pass!

About the only thing you can do in that situation is take a deep breath, turn on the stereo, and try to enjoy the scenery.

But it was super fun to go on some real curvy roads for the first time! Can't wait to do more with this car!

I need to read up again on passing laws.. Been a while since I looked at the rulebook because of never driving. I think there were several times I could've passed on the left (it was just a two lane road), but I wasn't definite on the rules so I didn't want to chance a hidden CHP busting me lol.

It was definitely nice! I think the car said upper 60s/70ish the whole way. Had my windows down all the way with music on. It was amazing.

Thanks for all the tips guys. Panda, I've got Xpel Ultimate and was trying to use my Meguiars QD. I actually ended ordering the Chemguys Ecosmart along with a microfiber bug sponge. Went to town on scrubbing all the bugs and got maybe 80% of it off. Had to use a finger nail to get a good few of them off too, which I know is a huge no-no, but eh, oh well.

After that, waxed the whole front end (meguiars carnauba, present from father in law) so hopefully that would help make taking off any new bugs a little easier. Unfortunately, with the combination of the RS's huge maw and central valley bugs, which just lays it on thick, this is my new reality.
